I had to go get some stuff at the store and I ended up getting the meat 50% off but it had to be smoked right away. It has a leg of lamb, beef roast, and some pork all in the smoker on different shelves. Qview will be posted as it happens.

Nice.  Can't help with the lamb as I've never done and never read about it.  What cuts were the pork and the beef roast ?  What temps are you taking them to ? 

EDIT:  I see that you started a separate thread for the beef.  Will talk about it there instead of here.

These got a little too done but are still OK. They got into 150s.


Looks great and should still be tasty.  Just wanted to make sure that you weren't cooking them like a butt.
