I am doing a butt and ribs from a wild hog for tonight football game.  (Go Georgia)  I put my rub on last night and cooking at 215 on my Rect Tec Grill.  I started the butt around 8am and put the ribs on at 12.  Going to do the 3-2-1 on the ribs.  I am using apple pellets for the wood.  More pictures to come.

Looking good! I've never tried wild hog. Is it stronger tasting?

It may have been just a little bite stronger.  Everybody love it and some did not know it was a hog.  The rib were great.  The picture I took of the rib was very bad so did not post it.
