Home is Glendale, AZ.
I am doing same snack sticks, I have always mixed them up mid day and let them sit till then next day in the refer, then mixed it up really good and let it set one more night.

I mixed a batch this evening and it is resting in the refer, I am hoping to smoke early in the morning as I have some CB that should be ready for the next day.

Will one night rest in the refer be adequate?

Thanks in advance..Dick

I have read here that minimum time is four hours so overnight sounds good. I'm doing SS later today and leaving in the fridge over night and smoking in the am also .

There is a good reason that it is called Instant Cure The reaction time is very short.

I agree, but I like to think that an overnight nap in the frig not only works for the cure, but a wet migration and melding of the seasonings.

In the past, I've mixed, stuffed, hung for a couple of hours, and then smoked/cooked.
