Hampton Roads
Hi guys, my name is charlie. I'm stationed out here in hampton roads Virginia, but I am from tulsa oklahoma originally. I started smoking food really for the first time this past year, i spent a lot of time reading about the science of it on amazingribs website. My buddy brought over a 120 gallon propane tank about a month ago, and I have it in my head to do a reverse flow smoker out of it. I started reading up on the engineering aspect of it on here and figured i may as well and join and share in the passion of smoking and grilling with yall.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
