Made this over the summer... Haven't really used it yet... Maybe some chicken thighs this weekend to break her in.
Looks great! Why you wait to get it dirty?
I have my big pellet cooker and really haven't gone balls deep yet in this. I made some ABT's for the 4th of July on it but that was the extent.
I fully understand being buried in projects and life. I finally got around to building my jumbo mini and love it. Very easy to control and extremely fuel efficient.

Here's my latest build - this one is what Santa Clause is bringing my niece and nephew-in-law :-)
It's going on a brand new Smokey Joe Silver, which is still in the box until Christmas - I just put the pot on an existing (well-used) Joe I already had for the picture.

Great idea! And extra special because you made it yourself. The mini is the gift that keeps giving great BBQ all year. Now you got me thinking that I need to make 3 of them for the boys... I'll need to go get more pots AND beer. b

I would prefer mine with a Green and Orange "U" on mine, but I could be a Longhorns fan if that found its way under my tree.
