Clara Mississippi
Hi guys my name is Jason from Clara Mississippi and i am just now wanting to get into smoking my own meats, i currently work overseas on a 28 and 28 rotation and when im home i love to hunt, fish and cook with my family.  I want to start doing my own meat processing especially venison and pork and i am wanting to build my first smoke house here in the next few days, i have a basic idea of how to build it but was wondering if you pros on here could give me a good idea of what kind of wood to use to build it out of, i have had different people tell me different things but i would like to know what you guys think

Thanks

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
