Put a pork butt in brine 9/28and will be smoking it for supper tonight. I will also be grillin potato bombs, come along for the ride.

Deboned and put in brine bucket.
Removed and patted dry. Put in the fridge over night.
I want to hang my ham so i put it in a ham sock.
I heated the smoker to 200 put in Apple and hickory and hung the ham.
We'll see Ya for supper? More pics and the potatoes....

So, ya going to pull it or slice it? Have you got your bisquits all ready for in the morning? Small rolls for gut bombs (sliders)? I even like ham & cheddar Quesadillas!  Ham and brussel sprouts (or cabbage)? Oh My, Oh my, Oh my! I think I need to start a cure just to be ready when it cools off! No sense wasting time!
