I wasn't going to post my smoke today (We have company and busy)  So just a couple pictures of a loaded Smoker

4 Baby backs, 1 Fatty, Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans, My backed beans, Boudin, sausage, hotlinks and chicken breast.

Since we had company and trying to visit, that was the only pictures I took. everything came off at the same time and was great (according to my biggest critics) Had a real good time everyone got too full, even took a rack of BB's and some Fatty, beans and tater salad to to one of the neighbors. Had plenty for everyone.
