I am just getting into smoking meats and just cured my Brinkmann Trailmaster Vertical smoker. I'm looking forward to learning how to smoke meat and amaze friends and family! :nana2:

I think the first person that will be amazed is you. When I joined this forum and started following the advice, I was astonished that I was capable of creating such culinary masterpieces. Participate, and you will learn and have fun on this forum.

By the way, Doc? How can you tell if someone has the flu vs. a common cold?
