What came first? Thin Blue Smoke or Baby Back Ribs?

TBS is in the air.

We may never know the answer to this age old question, but for me today? The baby backs came first. Out of the fridge and waiting to be rubbed.

Half chimney of lump get's the fire to it.

The pan eagerly awaits the fire... It's minion forming an upside down smile and the can of chips like a big old fat nose.

Ribs, may I introduce you to Mr. Smoker. A light rub of honey, and an assortment of spices and away  we go!

A wisp of Thin Blue Smoke. Nothing to do but kick back and relax while the smoker does it's business!

After the ribs we shall fire up the pit and enjoy the evening. Supposed to be a nice one North West of Boston.

I shall see you all in two hours! AKA 2-2-1
