Just made it back from one of our annual camping trips that always puts me in the mood for some Pirate talk, ARRRGGGHHHHH!
Every year we attend two Wooden Boat Festivals here in Oregon. The first is held the third weekend of April in Depoe Bay Oregon, the second is held the second weekend in August in Toledo Oregon.
I took the Mini-ZA and made pizzas wings and reverse seared T bones at camp.
The weather was fantastic, 80's both days! And just enough wind to let the sailboats have some fun!
Georgia Pacific has a paper mill there and sponsors the cardboard boat races.
Okay so enough of that on to tonight's cook!
Had a few ounces left in each of these so I went against my golden rule and marinated a Spatchy.
Oops wrong bird! Musta been a bit more in those bottles!
Getting drunk!
And into the fire!!!!!
Smoke away!!!
