An essential key to smoking success is knowing what your smoker internal temperature is, and (especially with chicken/turkey) what the internal meat temperature is. I am a recent "newbee", and my first real success came after I got a Maverick 733 digital thermometer. Thank you....where do you look for recipes? I'm hunting for a peppered turkey breast recipe...can't find a thing!
