With the Stufz formed the pocket in the buffalo burger; added in some hi-temp blue cheese, red onions, and bacon.

Dang it Mossy that looks great, did you anything special to the spuds?? deep fried then smoked or what - That burger looks awesome - I love the dust also, still have about a 1/2 jar left now but will need some for elk camp coming up soon.

A full smoker is a happy smoker
