That's what happens when
You find a jar of this in the fridge!
You need no Hellmans. You need no Guldens. You need no catsup, ketchup, tomato sugar sauce!

Ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Mini-WSM, apple wood 250-285.

RELAX!!!'

Yup, great as usual but what is chow chow?

Thanks Adam! It a green tomater relish. About the best thing we get out of our garden, since only a few ripen every year! I have a recipe here but for some reason when I search from my phone I only get new posts. Search chow chow and dirtsailor, you might find it. I think input it under rubs and sauces maybe.

I wish! We have a hundred or so green tomater. Nothing big, roma's, pear, and a couple others I cant remember! We've been getting crook neck squash up the wazoo! I just noticed that we have quite a few thai chiles showing too! A first for us ever, we actually have some cucumbers too!

If all you get is green maters, go take a look at my chow chow recipe! It's really worth making!

I love this qview! Stunning. The food looks tasty too.

Another use for green tomatoes, the make a great mincemeat for pies and tarts.
