Thanks Justin I will

I just put the meat on, waiting for the temp to settle.

I hope there's enough room for me to ride along too? Another Happy Birthday wish from me too!

I'm doing a 5lb shoulder tomorrow morning. Hoping to go on the smoke at 7am.

Wow to be 6 years old.... must be a head rush! Pulled pork is perfect for any party though! ^ years old, you are suddenly no longer a baby and can actually think for yourself, of course you do it all wrong most of the like..>LOL

Thats pretty cool C-Man. Good lookin butt too.

Tell your son, Happy birthday, actually I always thought the kids birthday should be for the Mom. I mean she did all the work right?

LOL.....

She did alot of the work.   I am doing the meat and she is doing all the sides plus cleaning up my mess around the house.

Oh, I vacuumed the pool.

There is room, Bob.

7 am, dont drink too much tonight.

I'll be watching this one! Also, let me know what you think of the trader joes briquettes. Saw them the other day and didn't pull the trigger!
I have used them before.   I kinda like them.   Very low ash.

I will let you know in the morning how they worked overnight.

Some nice smoke.   290 right now.
Is that one of those custom designed and engineered weber wind shields?? Thats uptown! Wait, wait, a farmer with a pool in the yard? What happened to the creek, the river, the stock tanks?  I know the cows come up twice a day and relax and cool thier udders while getting a drink. Your cows only give contented milk, right? How many cans do you normally get at a milking? How do those cans fit thru the udders?

Maybe I should sell the idea to weber. Lol

Yea we have a pool. The wife is from the city. I did a lot of swimming in the creek that runs through the pasture.

The calves get all the milk. We have beef cows.

I have used Stubbs and really liked them. I like that they are all natural but since they are briquettes they're size and predictability of burn helps. Lump is just all different sizes and some falls through my grates in the weber. A little bit of a pain. The trader joes are the same idea so they should be good for log smokes!

I have stubbs too. I haven't used any yet.
