Highlights I put it on frozen, used homemade lump and didn't have anything in between the lump and the chicken.    No batter or anything my recipe is basically my favorite rub  which in this case was Jamaican jerk dry rub, a little flour and panko....finished with a little olive oil spray as a binder.    Thanks for looking!

LOL...thanks Case. I remember when i first tried this in the Jimmy you were like.... Doh! , I was gonna try that in the mini.

Pork chops sound good, I think i'm gonna possibly batter those.  Do them the same way, with lump and no diffuser.
