6 pounder - made an injection, rub, and peach sauce. Pics when done.
 
How do you make a peach glaze? I been wanting to do a pork loin but didnt really know what to put on it. Peach glaze sounds great.
 
Me? Its just peach jam, butter, Cayenne, a little brown sugar (add a touch of maple extract) or maple syrup to thicken. A bit of Capt. Morgan's goes good with it.
If I replace the peach with apple, you see any issues? Apple isn't the strongest flavor which is my only concern. I also is Appleton rum vs Capt Morgans. My typical sprits is OJ with Appleton rum. Love it.
 
That one was cider vinegar, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, sugar, corn syrup and peach preserves.

No issues replacing the peach preserves with apple - have done both and they work
