Hello All,
I was looking through the email received today and had a quick question. When they are explaining applying the rub, they mention the "original rub" vs the "Texas Style Rub"
""You will notice that I used the original rib rub on the outside racks and my new Texas style rub on the one in the center. All of them were good but I still think the original rib rub is hard to beat for pork and most other things when it comes to that perfect balance between sweet and spicy.""
Is the orginal rub the same one called "Jeff's Naked Rib Rub" recipe? I purchased the rubs and sauces online and the PDF basics class was included to my surpise!! I just want to be sure that I using the correct rub mentioned in the email.
As a newbie to to this hobby, I'm just trying to make sure I'm following the proper instructions. This forum/website/email has been an incredible find for me!
Thanks
-Rob
