Getting my tapatalk on!

I was debating painting but this will be my smoker I take to drill with me.  Heck I was thinking I could smoke a pork butt all day in the bed of the truck and have it ready for the party later!

As for how hot it gets, I will be firing it up later to do 3 racks or ribs....I will see where she goes.

3 racks went well and I did a butt yesterday.  I have 3 1/2 inch valves for air.  I think I still need ONE more.  I held 220 pretty well during my last smoke.

All in all, great little machine.  I am doing 3 butts on it for family reunion in two weeks and I can't wait!

I had it up to 355 during my last smoke.  I need some bigger valves but I do not see myself doing anything but 225-250.... I've gotten alot of compliments on it.

Great build mate and it looks to be working well..

I also made a stainless cooker from a keg, but need a couple of shelves now for it.
Did the 14" rack fit well?? And how close to 14" is it? My inside diameter
Is 14.1" so needs to be pretty accurate.
