  • Looks great don't it! How was it? It was horrible, the flavor was there but the rib meat was like shoe leather, I expected that outcome but it looked so good. So am I giving up? NO... I never give up, so what can I do? Well I could cook low and slow, but I want my sandwich NOW!

I've done the same thing when making breakfast sausage; coarse-grinding pork without the sausage seasoning and frying it up with just salt and pepper, no sage.  Fry it just to doneness, not crisp (got only gums in the morning, lol!).

Keep that Sammy away from areas that Bears inhabit !!!

A hungry Bear would kill for a Sammy like that !!!

LOL.... my problem, I keep trying to go from freezer to the skillet skipping that thawing step.

SQWIB what about a sous vide rib on that sammie?

Its really hard to believe that anything that looks that good, with all the best stuff on it, isn't a gastronomical delight!

I may try that but with some beef short ribs.
