My apologies in advance everyone....they went to quick for any after photos and I completely forgot to do before photos.  I'll get some pics in next time.

I had my brother-in-law's bachelor party this weekend and decided to throw him a big bbq in between fishing and bar hopping later that night.  Got a good deal on some Smithfield pork spareribs so I figured that was on the menu.  Trimmed them down, took off the membranes and used McCormick's Memphis rub which is saltier than the rubs I usually make but tasty nonetheless.

I usually do 3-2-1 but being that we'd be out fishing, I let them sit in the smoker for the full 6 hours. My wife added applewood for me while we were gone and sprayed them down with an apple juice / yukon jack mixture I made up.  They slid off the bone with a little tug and had a great flavor.

Long story short....they were a big hit and were washed down nicely with a few good IPA's.

Happy Smoking,

Scotty

Sounds good man! I can see where a bachelor party would interfere with pics - or it could make for some very interesting pics!

Scotty-Sounds like the ribs were a hit. It's been a long while since I used foil on my ribs.
