I have a MES 30". I'm cooking ribs right now, but thought about throwing in some Italian sausage for the last three hours. Will the sausage effect the flavor of the ribs? I don't want to mess up the primary goal...the ribs. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
How did they turn out? I throw stuff in with ribs all the time

They were awesome....threw them on grill right at end to cook off grease. Everything turned out perfect. Thanks!
