Had two of my smoking stables in the fridge & decided to smoke both of them today. 3 lb Boston butt and 5lb chicken on my little red. It's pretty much only cooking at about 220 to 225 so these were both very low & slow and they turned out great despite the time it took to cook. Just QView tonight..

Thanks everyone! They both turned out really good! And yes, my poor little butt was a boneless 3lb'er that I got on sale, but it was just the right size fit what I needed and man it was one of the best I've done. Lol. I'm just glad they both fit on the same rack!
