Hello I am a "young" butcher who has learned the trade from a few people with over 150 years experience in the industry I take my trade seriously and love my job. I'm quite new to my q though. I have a master forge chepo green charcoal smoker and have been using it for a year now. I always wanna learn more....which is why I'm here. Well thank you for yalls love and responses. What is your favorite steak?
 
Welcome, glad ya joined us ! BTW, fav steak.... hands down 1 1/2" cut bone in Rib Steak, reverse seared ! :biggrin:

YESS my favorite! Mysecond favorite is chuck eyes or shoulder heart idk I'm a big fan of the clod period
 
Hands down bone in rib eye for pricier cut and flat iron for less expensive. Although these days the flat iron goes on sale less often so is actually more expensive in most cases.
