Hey folks,

Tried smoking duck breasts on pecan and almond wood... 1h 15m on 225F until IT 140F... No spices but coarse salt. 


Smoked 2 breasts - one of them never made it to the table, was eaten straight from the smoker

Since it actually was a first timer, I am after ideas for experimenting... So how do YOU smoke duck breasts?

Now that looks even more beautiful than your fantastic lamb! (If that is possible).

Being the Salty Broad that I am; I just loved seeing the salt on that duck!

I dont eat lamb but your duck breast makes me looking over the wifes duck flock very seriously now.I am sure you willl be testing smoking with duck alot more I will be watching.
