OK everyone looking for all the ways you guys and girls would season your new pit. Just got my new trailer mounted reverse flow stick burner and need to get her seasoned open to all suggestions. Her name is smoky BTW :-)

cook up a bunch of bacon,  use pan drippings to slather all around the interior of the pit, bake at  250-300 for about 3 hours.

nuthin' better than bacon seasoning
 
Thanks Hoosier. I actually had a thing of bacon drippings in the fridge I rubbed the CC down with and got her lit up. Can't wait for the maiden voyage this weekend!!
 
I'll be doing a couple beer can chicks, 5 slabs and two pork tenderloins. Oh also plans for some Dutch's beans and who knows what else will be thrown on come the day of the party!
