Hey everyone;

I am new here an only been in Alaska about 9 months.  Found this site an love it.  Have done some smoking mostly grilling.  Can't wait to get started on the smoking adventure.

Welcome! I've actually driven through Willow years ago on a vacation to Alaska. Best vacation I'm sure I'll ever take. Beautiful country.

Looking forward to QView of salmon and halibut!

Well will do my best.  Have lots of salmon.  Trying to decide best build for smoker.  Nervous the bears will destroy it for the smell.  Any Suggestions anyone?

Seriously, there are some great folks on here that'll answer any questions ya have ! Roll call is awesome to introduce yourself but if ya have a specific question, say like a smoker build or smoked salmon question just go up to the top of the page... Where it says Forums, find the one that relates to your topic & start a thread.... You'll get more responses with a dedicated thread on a topic...hope this info helps & again, welcome !
