Got a call today from a guy in Dalaware today, somehow he used one of my smokers last week and is asking me to build him a 500 gallon smoker.

I really don't like building anything over a 250, plus dealing with someone that far away would be too much a pain. This is, after all , just a hobby for me.

Is anyone here interested in a potential customer, before it turn him away? He says he will locate tank , purchase trailer, and all materials up front.

Let me know.

It mite be a hobby to you but I sure would like to see what you turned out with that big tank.

Im in the custom metal fab business. I'm in Ohio but I have the ability to handle such transactions. I will build from plans, ideas, napkin sketches etc... If you want my contact info just PM me. I also have a CNC burn table and the ability to fab with stainless and aluminum.
