Looks real good Keith & I don't really care for pizza all that much, but ya nailed that cook ! I'd sure take a slice of that, again great job bud !!

Mini's do cook pizza good! Especially if you use the terra-cotta pot tray and set the ZA right on it!!!
Mini's do good but Jimmy's do GREAT!  ;)          No need for terra's in especially this  smoker.. I'm so dang happy with it.      What is ZA  stand for anyway?

Thanks Justin...  This wasn't a traditional pizza per say because the sauce was dried roma tomatoes in a oil sauce and it was all vegetable...had to recognize Friday in Lent.

The bare terracotta works just like a pizza stone!!!

Wow Keith, that looks incredible!! My list of things to try, just got longer.

I'm impressed with how evenly it cooked, too. Did you turn it at all while it was cooking?

Thanks Suie!   I'll show you the pizza bread i used.... i absolutely love it!    I picked it up at Costco and drizzled olive oil on it.     Just had the Jimmy set up like i always do only with the holy diffuser ...less than 10 minutes @ 450 and  i was very impressed with how it turned out.    The cheese was perfectly melted but i  did run my Harbor Freight hand torch to carmelize the cheese a tad.

Here's the bread... oh the sauce was the dried roma tomatoes Costco sells in the jars.
