Hi everyone really love the community and vast resources here available for smoking. I'm from southern california and have been smoking on a masterbuilt 30 inch for about a month. I've done about 4 runs so far and I am loving it. I plan on doing a lot of smoking in the future so I'm excited to join in on the discussions and try some of the endless recipes on the site. Cheers.
