So as stated above, my boys FIRST smoke, he's four yrs. old with his sidekick (that's me) !!

Here's a view of mixin his first rub and the final product, he was SO proud, but not as proud as I was !!

Always fun cooking with the kids! My seven year old has his own set of knifes, his own apron and two cookbooks!!! He also claims one of the mini-WSMs as his! He's been my sous chef since he was 3!

Hour and a half in and dang, the smell is about killin me !! Can't wait til these are done. I know it's against the law to look, but just could not resist.
 
I am in my sixties and some of my favourite memories are times I spent doing things with my Dad. You and he will cherish this for decades. I haven't even mentioned how good the food looks!

Good food, time with family, nothing is better.

Looking Good ! Always fun when you cook with family. Teaches co-ordination, patience, and those curse words ya always tell Mom you learned at school. LOL
