Eat it of course!!!!

One of my boys favorite things to make are mini-pizzas. We use English muffins for the crust.

Sauce the Muffin, top with cheese and whatever else you like.

Pop under the broiler or in a toaster oven or microwave until the cheese is bubbly and melted! We even make these camping!

ENJOY!!!!

Great looking little pizzas.....they are an excellent vehicle for so many leftovers. smoked chicken springs to mind. Thumbs Up

Thanks Hambone! Yeah the kids get pretty creative with theirs. BBQ sauce seems to be a favorite replacement for the pizza sauce!
