Just a little Q-view. Two more in the fridge. I am going to attempt to smoke them tonight and take them camping with me this weekend. Wish me luck!! Will post more pics during and after the smoke.

and I think I figured out my tuning plates during the cook. Started off with a 25 degree difference from one end to the other but after a little adjusting I got it within 5 degrees during the whole cook
I just realized I should have posted this in the "fattie" forum. Anyway to move it there? newbie mistake
