well first cook on the new smoker I built, what a bitch getting my temps right, no draft on the cooker at all lol, well the wifes hair dryer came in handy got the pit up and running and kept it steady, to bad her hair dryer is now melted hehehehe. the pork and chicken quarters turned out awesome. I can see some fine tuning is badly needed. fan kit is already ordered. learned a ton what a fun day!!!!
