How much sugar and honey is as per your tastes. I have big jug of honey, enough to put on about 50 racks of ribs or more here and I just drizzle it on length ways, sometime more gets down on the ribs then other times. Then using a some vinyl gloves, smear the honey all over the ribs, then apply as much or little brown sugar as you want. End result after after a 3 - 2 - 1 cook, DELICIOUS.
