I know many things are common without regard for the mechanisms of smoking, but some things may be particular to the BGE and of interest to those of us that use one.

Tomorrow I will be smoking on the BGE, also on the Weber Kettle, and Grilling on the Gas Grill, what fun!!!

Don't own one. Any food I have had off them has been great. I bought a less expensive smoker and with money saved, bought more meat.
