I've only grilled lobster in the shell, it is excellent grilled IMHO. Some of the best I have eaten was cooked directly on the campfire coals.
Yes , I did see you all , but I think there's a buncha more mainiacs lurkin all over....just looking to encourage a few more to join up.
Yes there are more Mainahs that are members here, one up in The County posts infrequently most of the others, including one just down the road from me in Orono, not at all.
