The other day I injected some quarters, ala Scarbelly style with the idea that we would make some pulled chicken buffalo blue sandwees!

Three quarters yields enough for 3-4 sandweees. One quarter I injected with BBQ sauce for the boys as they don't care for spicy.

MMMM!

Add some Frank's, foil and onto the grill to reheat.

BBQ Sandwee for the boys

Grilling some garden fresh zuch and chipotle buns!

Add the Blue

Add some garden fresh lettuce, YUMMM!

Might as well have a home canned pickle!

ENJOY!!!!

I don't know how you do it everyday but I do know your eating good.

Thanks Todd.

We like to eat good and since we don't go out often we have to get creative. I like to make big batches of food. Leftovers help and you can reuse them all different kinds of ways!

Looks yummers......Can't wait to get my stove today.  Been missing cooking!  Gotta get some stuff canned too!

Those sandwiches and veggies look fantastic and so yummy!
Thanks Alesia! We aren't getting tons out of our garden, but we are using what we are! I think that there are 4 more zuch's that will be ripe soon. Finally getting blooms on our tomato plants.

Case is the expert sammy pic taker!  Looks good Case,  I knew that bird wouldn't go to waste!
Fed the skin to the dogs! The original intent was for pulled chicken sandwees, so no waste here! Tonight we're having pecan and cherry smoked burgers!
That made me hungry, well done
Thanks!!! They were tasty!

Not only do these look great, the photography on the Qview is excellent. Just a thought, with the way you cook for your boys, would you consider adopting a fat old Canadian?
