I am going to add another intake vent so I have more adjustabilty .  So far 2 intakes open, just moving the ball valve.

Oh a drink... GOOD IDEA! Farmer will be shocked when he is going from smoking to searing how fast lump will get hot when it's exposed to full OXYGEN! No comparison to briquettes

Damn it.... I must have missed the application.. pm it to me please ;)

When it comes time for the sear... y'all must leave famer alone... its to quick with the lump to take pictures.. uplaod.. sear..respond. .. and and enjoy.... I just wanna see a good pic of the burger with the lovely ground beef like smoke ring... and then see this thread hit 1000 post... hehe
