I just ordered the 5 day ecourse and paid the $3.99.  I got a message "thanks for your order" but can't find the pdf download anywhere.  I was given an order number and when I tried to log in I got a message saying there's no record of an account for that email address.  I've been a member for about a month and the information I entered was checked and double checked and is correct.  Please advise!

I know it's free for the day-at-a-time course and I have day one.  Down at the bottom of the chapter one download it says I can get all five days without waiting for $3.99.  I ordered it, paid the $3.99, got a thank you for your order note and an order number but can,t find it anywhere.  As I said before, my email address and password was not recognized when I tried to log in (thanks for your speedy reply).  Jimbo1

Jimbo, first check your spam/junk mail folder in your email and see if it went there by mistake. If not then email Jeff using this "Form" and explain in detail what happened and he will get it resent as quick as possible.

Jim, morning.....   Do you have Norton "Safe Web" by chance ????    I do.. and at times I have to turn it off to log into stuff...  I don't know how logins and passwords get mixed up, but they do.....
