I haven't had much luck with marinades on ground beef. The ones I've tried gave it a really weird consistency when it dried. What I've had the most luck with is just the Oster brand Jerky Seasoning and a little McCormick's Hot Shot, & Worcestershire Sauce. The Oster seasonings give it a lot more beef flavor than the others I've tried.

Walmart carries it during deer season, but I usually get it from Amazon. The last time I ordered it, prices had gone up, but after a quick search I found some for $6.50 (for a box of 6, does 6lbs) shipped from casa.com
Like other brands, the Oster includes cure and seasoning in the package.
