i want to try it and just need to know what temp to cook till? i have been reading everything between 135 and 170 so i have no idea...
Ditto on the 130... but then i quick sear on both sides and i finish with around a 140 temp after the sear and rest.I usually pull mine at 130*, we like ours on the rare side.
