im derrick for upstate ny. i have been lurking for a long time and the knowledge and willingness to help here was awsome so when i decided to build a rf i would need some of your experience so thanks in advance!

The search bar at the top can be your best friend when you are trying to find answers to your questions but you can still ask too if you want!

We have an Articles section that is full of great information about smoking to include a lot of recipes and instructionals. Check it out there is a lot to learn in there!

You might want to check out Jeff's Free 5 day E-Course, it will teach you all the basics plus a whole lot more!

Hi, i am Jonathan from Alabama. Have a char grill duo with firebox. Have not made any mods yet. Trouble I am having is that I am not skilled at fabricating. I have look thru the post but I need step by step instructions on adding a baffle and tuning plates. And any other info. Thanks and glad to joking the community.
