I haven't been on here much the last few months. I will get on and look around and that

been about it. Still been smoking and taking pictures but just haven't posted them. So

here a few enjoy ,,,,,,,,

Put salt , pepper , garlic and Ms. Dash. took it off when it got to 140.

I did not brine but I put a lot of Butter/garlic mix under the skin.

Going to smoke a little ham

Smoked it nice and slow. Stayed around 220 most of the time. Wanted to get as much

smoke as I could in the ham. We don't eat the skin on the turkey so don't need to get

the skin crisp.

All done . took it off when it got to 160

My plate. turkey , ham and some green beans

Wife plate. We make some gravy in the smoker to go with the turkey.

Here what we did on the 4th. trying something different here. Slice the potato almost

all the way.

some ribs.

Mix the butter, salt, pepper and garlic together. Then put it all over and inside each cut

of the potato

Did a few Steaks for lunch.

Here the potato after 3 hours in the smoker then in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 min.

Nice smoke flavor.

Ribs all done with a few bake potatoes

my plate.

As you can see we eat good around here.

Well hope I get back on here more often.
