Hi all.  This was my first beef smoke and I am going to make more very soon!!

I marinaded the beef in Barefoot Merlot, thyme and a couple of bay leaves for probably 16 hours in the fridge.

Sorry for the lack of process Q View.  Here is the finished product after sitting in the fridge overnight for slicing.



Best rare roast beef I have EVER had!!!
